Great post. I like Social Mention for tracking but also use Trakur. They both have similar features but like having as much info as possible.

When I read a really good post I go ahead and do three things: 1.Show it to my relevant contacts. 2.save it in some of the best social sharing sites. 3.Be sure to visit the blog where I read the article.
If you don’t already know, check out SamePoint (http://www.samepoint.com/) for real time social media search. Does a really good job drilling down into the social web and not just return web searches.
